Maximum safety: the so-called sleeve valve or slide valve makes it possible to shut off the gas inlet and simultaneously vent or depressurize the keg. This is of particular interest for the safe disposal of one-way kegs, which are being used more and more. Otherwise, one-way kegs that are still pressurized are often sent for recycling, which represents a huge safety risk. With the Sleeve-Valve, this problem is solved in no time after the kegs has been emptied, thus relieving the pressure. Disposal can now be carried out without hesitation.

When using CO2 as a dispensing gas, please ensure sufficient ventilation during pressure relief.

The valve also has an internal check valve. The use of the slide valve on already installed check or lip valves will lead to a malfunction. Please observe the retrofit instructions and the product description.
